Robert has worked in financial services since 2007 and has been a Financial Adviser since 2011 with experience servicing a wide variety of clients. He is a Certified Financial Planner ® and has a degree in Economics as well as an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services.

Robert is passionate about helping clients with personalised advice and support, using strategies that are tailored to help clients achieve their individual financial goals.

Senior Financal Adviser

Vaughn has been a financial adviser since 2011 and has extensive experience in providing advice to clients of various backgrounds and needs. He holds multiple qualifications, including an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.

Vaughn enjoys seeing clients succeed in reaching their goals through well researched, holistic, and strategically sound financial advice that is unique to their personal needs.

Practice Manager 

Jessica joined Family Wealth Advisory in August 2013. 

With a background in event management, working alongside the Managing Director and other team members, this experience has helped to ensure organisation and systems are handled with the utmost importance and care.

Jessica is passionate about working with clients to ensure they receive the best experience possible and provide our clients with the opportunity to live a magnificent life.

General Manager

Belinda has worked in financial services since 2002 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from The University of New South Wales and a Diploma of Financial Services.  During this time, she has helped financial planning practice owners and practice managers develop and execute their strategic plans, as well as build operational efficiency to enable leading edge customer experience programs.

With her background in financial services, she understands the financial planning process and how, when advice is delivered well, it can make all the difference to the client experience.  Belinda strives to deliver an innovative client experience with the focus always being on helping our clients live a magnificent life.

Chief Technology Officer

In 1994, Jacob Ohlson founded Powernet IT Solutions, steering it to become a leading Managed Services Provider in AU/NZ. Under his visionary leadership, Powernet expanded its footprint, establishing four offices and amassing a talented team of over 95 professionals. By 2022, Powernet's strong brand and industry reputation led to a successful acquisition.

Today, Jacob’s expertise is at the heart of Family Wealth Advisory’s digital transformation. He brings a rigorous approach to security, ensuring all digital operations meet the highest standards of protection and resilience. Jacob is dedicated to streamlining processes, enhancing data integrity, and embedding the latest technologies to provide clients with a seamless, future-focused experience. His mission is clear: to elevate the firm through a blend of strategic innovation and secure, client-centred solutions.

Senior Associate

Christina is a Senior Associate at Family Wealth Advisory and is passionate about a career in the financial planning industry. She completed Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of New South Wales and Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning in 2019. 

Christina joined the firm in 2017 and is passionate about working with clients and assisting them to achieve their financial goals.

Client Service Manager

Jade has worked as a Client Service Manager in the financial services industry since 2020.   In her role as a Client Service Manager with the Family Wealth Advisory team, Jade manages the implementation and ongoing administration of our clients’ financial strategies.

She is passionate about supporting our advisers to assist in delivering a high-quality experience to all clients and helping them along their journey to live a magnificent life.

Client Service Manager

Caroline Weston is a seasoned client services professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. She has a proven track record of supporting high-net-worth clients in achieving their financial goals. With a background in both financial advice and accounting, Caroline brings a unique blend of expertise and meticulous attention to detail. Her personalized approach ensures that each client's individual goals are met with precision and care. Caroline is dedicated to helping clients implement their financial plans with confidence and clarity, making her an invaluable asset to our team.

Paraplanner

Robyn has over 10 years’ experience as a Senior Paraplanner within the financial planning industry.

With both a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, Robyn works closely with the Advisor and team to produce tailor made advice for each of our clients.

Robyn has a passion for finding the best solutions for our clients to help them achieve financial freedom.

Junior Paraplanner

Hazel joined Family Wealth Advisory in 2022 as a Junior Paraplanner, after working for three years in the Business Process Outsourcing industry with a background in Accounting. She holds a degree in Business Management Accounting and an Advanced Diploma of Paraplanning. 

As part of the Paraplanning team, Hazel collaborates with our advisers and associates to provide tailored advice to clients to help them reach their financial objectives.

Administration Assistant

Lady has eight years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry, where she honed her skills in administration and customer service. She joined the Family Wealth Advisory team as a new challenge and an opportunity to learn from the financial services industry.

Lady is passionate about providing excellent service to our clients and supporting the team in all administrative tasks. She enjoys seeing our clients achieve their financial goals and helping our clients live a magnificent life.
